What You're Agreeing To

By using Maneki, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Maneki Does

Maneki is a tool that lets you manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok from your terminal or through AI agents via MCP. We provide the interface — you provide your own ad platform credentials and are responsible for your own ad accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have legitimate access to the ad accounts you connect to Maneki.
• You are responsible for all ad campaigns created, modified, or managed through Maneki.
• You must comply with the advertising policies of each platform you use (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• You are responsible for your own ad spend. Maneki is a management tool — we do not control or guarantee your ad budgets or billing with third-party platforms.
• You must keep your credentials secure. Do not share your ~/.maneki/session.json file.

Your Ad Platform Credentials

Maneki requires you to create your own Meta Business App (and equivalent for other platforms) and provide your own OAuth credentials. You retain full ownership and control of these credentials. We proxy API calls on your behalf but do not claim any rights over your ad accounts.

Subscription & Billing

• Maneki offers free and paid tiers.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

AI Features

Maneki uses AI to suggest optimizations for your campaigns (budget adjustments, audience targeting, etc.). These are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes to your campaigns, whether made manually or via autopilot mode.

What We Don't Guarantee

• We do not guarantee any specific ad performance, ROAS, or results.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Ad platform APIs can change or go down.
• Maneki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Maneki is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to: ad spend, lost revenue, account suspensions by ad platforms, or any actions taken based on AI suggestions.

Termination

You can stop using Maneki at any time by removing the ~/.maneki directory and cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Maneki after changes constitutes acceptance.
